Christina and Head of the School Liaison Team Sergeant Heidi Lewis spent a day with the North Yorkshire Youth Commission.

Christina talked about her first story and animation with North Yorkshire Youth Commission. They had break out group sessions to discuss what they thought would be useful to cover in the sequel story.

 

York Police Cadets​

Christina visited York Police Cadets to talk about the first story No More Knives or County Lines. The group were shown the animation with Christina opening up conversations about ideas for the sequel story.

Alicia Abbott

Alicia Abbot is a character artist and animator from Hull, East Yorkshire. She Studies BA Animation at UAL Following three years at Wyke Sixth Form College, where she was commended on her A–level Fine Art and Graphic Design with recognition awards. Alicia is currently invested in the rawness of contemporary British Imagery and plans to represent this concept in her future projects. Alicia has worked alongside INIT Creative, the Beats Bus as well as small musicians to create sleeve art.

Jacob is a Freelance Designer, specialising in Web Design, Graphic Design and Brand Identity.

Sonya Jones MBE Shropshire Service Manager & Safeguarding Lead at drugs, alcohol and mental health charity, With You.

Christina has been connected with Sonya Jones since 2020 when Christina launched her first story. Sonya has been a big supporter of Christina’s work on early intervention in primary schools. Sonya proof read her story and suggested some recommendations. 

Sonya was awarded an MBE for Services to Tackling Child Exploitation 2024.
